Bronze Support Program

A two-hour 1:1 strategy session via face-to-face, video or phone. Whether you are just starting out and not sure what you want to do; looking for your first step or next step in your career and need guidance to make it happen. Not getting traction with your CV/resume; we’ll give you the reason you are not getting a call and what you need to do to get the response you want. Getting interviews but not an offer, we’ll give you the strategy to deliver your message that shows the value you offer.

Silver Support Program

Not sure where to start in your job/career search? Has it been a few years since you have had to use your CV/resume or are you not getting the response you thought you would then your CV/resume is not showing the real value you bring to the table.

On average, an on-line job advertisement receives between 50 to 250+ responses. In today’s job market you are not only competing with local candidates you are competing with candidates on a global stage. You have 6 seconds to get the attention of your audience and you only have one chance to do so; therefore, it is imperative that you put your best foot forward and have a strategy when you walk into an interview.

Gold Support Program

Have a career goal and the motivation but not sure the first step in moving forward? When it comes to one’s career, everyone can benefit from some advice and ongoing support. From tackling a single issue to wanting to change direction there’s nothing better than having a neutral party to help along the way. Depending on your current situation and what your goal/s are we are here for the short or the long term. We offer three coaching programs depending on your situation being 6, 12 or 36 months.
  • 6 month program, (weekly/daily contact) is for someone who doesn’t have any idea on how to commence a job search.
  • 12 month program, (bimonthly contact) is for someone who needs assistance in building/delivering a strategy to secure the job they want.
  • 24 month program, (monthly contact) is for someone that wants the best chance for career success and in doings we’ll implement a number of strategies for success.
This Program has a number of stages and is a customized 1:1 career management service that is based on getting you ready to secure the career of your choice. The emphasis is on spending ‘face-to-face’ time with the support of psychometric testing to get to know you as a person, understanding your motivations, assets and interests. We then provide a fully customised career management plan that fits with your aspirations and capabilities. We build your marketing material and support you on how to secure your career goal.

This program has four key stages and is a fully customized ‘high touch’ 1:1 career mentoring service for 6 months that is based on giving you the tools and the confidence to get the career you want. The emphasis is on spending ‘face to face’ time with you to get to know you as a person, understanding your motivations, assets and interests. We then provide a fully customised career management plan and introduce you to organisations and recruitment companies that are a fit with your aspirations and capabilities.

Stage 1 – Pre face-to-face meeting

Insight, Clarity and Direction

Typically, this stage involves a selection of online testing in a number of core components using online and psychometric tools covering:

Once the online assessments are completed, you will receive a copy of test results. With the above information we then create an introduction letter which forms the foundation of your personalised marketing package.

Stage 2 – Face to Face Meeting

Market Alignment of Capabilities

This stage involves developing market centric written materials. This includes developing professional profile documents in the form of covering letters and a CV/resume that provides clarity and purpose and details the value you as a candidate bring to the table.

This stage also involves advanced behavioural interview skills training to ensure key messages are articulated clearly and effectively at each interview. Also involves developing a customized strategy to ‘sell oneself’ and developing aligned verbal
and non-verbal messages that are effective and culturally relevant to your Industry.

Stage 3 – Face to face meeting

Social Media + Networking + Action Planning for Market Deployment

With 80% of jobs no longer found in newspapers or on-line this stage involves reviewing, rebuilding/creating a LinkedIn profile and learning how to tap into networks, where many career opportunities lie. These networking activities provide an important part of each professional’s career platform. Once a social media presence is established we work with you to develop an employment action plan. Additionally, we offer a formal monthly meeting, for up to six months, to measure progress, offer advice and plan future activities.
