PRP was looking for alternative ways to find candidates for hard to fill rolls. They had employed ‘standard’ recruitment methods with industry specific consultants with marginal success. CCI was asked to develop a solution. Working with key members of the business and industry groups, we developed global and national above the line and below the line marketing campaigns, including exhibiting at the annual RANZCR conference.
