When you do the Soft Skills Assessment, you will encounter the following:

  • Three Likert Scale questionnaires (attitudes and opinions) that are both timed and untimed. Read the instructions.

  • You will receive feedback on your soft skills level, covering abstract reasoning, open to ideas/change and resilience.

  • You will also receive an email that contains three bespoke paragraphs on your soft skills level. These paragraphs can be used verbatim in a cover letter while applying for a role, on your LinkedIn profile introduction and/or on your CV/resume in your introduction.

  • Lastly you will receive a list of suggestions of how you can improve your soft skills.
