Tim’s Career Crossroad

During the past 30 years, Tim Fraser has built a successful executive career, managing logistics for major corporations including Linfox; Toyota; Coca Cola; and Proctor & Gamble. However, three years ago, he decided it was time for a change. “I was at a career crossroads myself at the age of 49, after having cancer and a few other things,” he said. “That’s when I started working with Michael and CCI on personal and career development.”

“The questions I was asking were about whether to go back to the corporate world,” Tim recalls. “I wanted to step out of the corporate world and was interested in the chance to work in a smaller family business. Michael takes a structured approach with a very simple model that doesn’t overcomplicate things. Using this process, we could define clear requirements of what I wanted from work – and for my personal life. We worked out what a perfect job looked like and what I wanted from it.”
